At first glance, yoga and martial arts seem to have very little in common. They may also seem like two opposing philosophies and forces. Do they have a common ground?
This blog was created as a part of the Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course. I wanted to make an attempt to find the links between the two practises of Yoga and Martial Arts, which both have so much to offer. This blog might grow in new posts in the near future.
